CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt/Full-Time

REPORTS TO: Account Manager

Purpose of position: The Accounts Receivable position is responsible for the processing of a designated section of Donaghy’s Receivables and misc. accounting tasks, as deemed appropriate.

Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without reasonable accommodation). 

• Bill clients/customers for goods and services
• Contact and collect outstanding payments from customers
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Account reconciliation
• Produce financial reports as requested
• Research, communicate and resolve financial irregularities or discrepancies with accounts
• Creation and submission of various regulatory items to Federal/ State entities. 
• Accurate and timely completion of all forms & reports and other documentation as required by the position and requested by management. 
• Supports answering main line phones. 
• Responds to customer queries and redirects callers accordingly. 
• Maintains clear and respectful communication with customers, vendors, teammates, and supervisors. Seeking clarification and support where needed. 
• Works well in a team environment.
• Willing and able to support the team as needed. 

Experience and Education Requirements:

• 5 years of prior accounts Receivable processing experience, in a digital format. 
• Strong knowledge of excel. 
• Good organizational and time-management skill 
• Proficient in the Office365 environment 
• Ability to dynamically adapt to changing technological environment.
